New Photos, New Press, New Vinyl

Check out the Photos page for some great shots our friend Ryan Gibbs took at Jazz Fest. In other news, the vinyl is finally here, the Kickstarter orders are completely shipped out, we’ve got a new write up in 225, and we’re lining up summer gigs including a southern-midwest tour in early August. If you’ve got connections in Louisville, Nashville, Knoxville, St. Louis, or anywhere else thereabouts, please give us a shout!

I caught the show at Jazz fest. I enjoyed it and went out an bought the disc. I like the songs rain, west texas, sittin (third cut)and one last screw very funny. I hope you’ll get a chance to come to Long Island I think you would find an appriciate audience. One nice place that could accomadate you is the Bayard arborituim in Great River long island. Are you guys from Baton Rouge that’s shat the album suggests.
Thanks and Good luck
Thanks for the feedback, Sandy, and for the tip about playing on Long Island. My family is from out there, in Huntington Station. Is Great River near there? We are from Baton Rouge. It sounds like you picked up the old CD. Thanks for checking it out! Hope to see you again.
Great Neck is beautiful it is on the south shore (not tooo close to Huntington station) You would love playing at the arboritium. Outdoor venue usually on Sunday Afternoons I would guesstimate 1000 people could fit comfortably. I wish I knew the people involved with bookings but a guitar player named Toby Walker might be able to help. If you play golf they have the poor man’s peeble beach nearby(timber point golf course) I am going to look for your latest CD
Good Luck
thanks, sandy, for the info! sounds like a very nice gig … if we get out that way sometime we’ll make sure to look into that place. there’s a link to our CDBaby page on the “Store” part of the website. You can get the CD there if you get the urge. Thanks again for listening and for your suggestions. Take care!
